PROCEDURES FOR THE PROCESSING OF REQUESTS FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS
TO THE APARTMENTS AND OR LANAIS AT PANIOLO HALE
1. Owner obtains “Application
and Hold Harmless Agreement” from Resident Manager
2. Owner completes application and
returns to Resident Manager or ADRC member with plans drawing or pictures.
3. Application is forwarded to ADRC
Chairman.
4. ADRC Committee reviews docs and
makes a recommendation based on the criteria of maintaining uniform appearance
within the project. The ADRC Chairman keeps copy of application package for
ADRC file and mails original to board liaison.
If the modification is a major material change then it requires a
vote and 75% owner approval and it and will be sent back to the applicant
indicating so.
5. Board liaison copies all board
members and sends original package to Board President.
6. Board reviews committee
recommendation and makes decision.
7. President completes and signs
original application.
8. President sends copy of completed
application package to requesting owner.
9. President sends original
application package to Resident Manager.
10. Resident Manager copies package
and places in apartment unit # file.
11. Resident Manager sends original
package to Managing Agent (DMI) for permanent storage.
Application Package:
Should contain the following when sent to ADRC Chairman:
1. Application for exterior
alterations and hold harmless agreement.
2. Appropriate plans, drawings or
pictures for proposed change or addition.
Should contain the following when sent to the AOAO Board Liaison:
1. Application for exterior
alterations and hold harmless agreement.
2. Appropriate plans, drawings or
pictures for proposed change or addition.
3. Final recommendation notification to the board by the ADRC Committee.
