Fines for violations of Bylaw and House Rules

“… fine schedule for Bylaw and House Rule violations. A violator will first receive a written notification of violation from the Resident Manager which is to be corrected within three days. If it is not corrected within three days, there will be a $50 fine, with 10 days to correct the violation. If not corrected, there will be a $100 fine with five days to correct it. If not corrected, there will be a $150 fine given at 5-day intervals. The Resident Manager will issue notification to Owners and fines, with a copy to Destination Maui, Inc. and the Board of Directors. …”
